We have been working with the community to develop a master plan for Cross Keys Reserve.
We would like to thank those in the community that have provided their input. There has been a large amount of support for the master plan.
We have listened to the feedback received from all stakeholders and have incorporated it into the master plan.
The upgrades to the park will still include a new pavilion, carpark, play space, picnic area, pathways, outdoor fitness equipment, a wetland and improvements to plantings.
The Cross Keys Reserve Master Plan was endorsed by Council on 20 December 2016 with some alternative fencing options to be investigated. The master plan has established a long-term vision for Cross Keys Reserve and will serve as a guiding document for the design, development and management of the park over the next 10 years.
Delivery of the projects listed in the plan are subject to funding approval in future Council budgets, with the first project likely to take place in the 2016-17 financial year.
