Disability Support

We offer a range of community access services, inclusion opportunities and support options for people with a disability, to ensure they remain active in their chosen communities.

Support includes: care planning, community based social and leisure opportunities, outreach, advocacy and policy development. 

Support is available to families and carers of children and adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.

The services provided may include:

  • Personal care assistance
  • Home care
  • Respite care
  • Assistance in recreational and/or rehabilitation activities

Fees

Fees are set on assessment, based on the client's financial circumstances.
