In September each year, we conduct a short survey with community organisations operating in Moonee Valley.
Why is Council conducting this survey?
This survey is being conducted to provide community organisations with the opportunity to give their feedback on their interactions with us.
The findings from this survey provide the strategic indicator for Council Plan theme 'Friendly and Safe', strategic objective 5: Support organisations in contributing to community wellbeing.
How will the results be used?
If we receive any feedback that suggests that our service can be improved, this information will be provided to the areas of Council in a position to make changes to improve our service. Furthermore, the overall satisfaction score is reported each year in our Annual Report.
How can you provide input?
In mid-August, we will send out a link to participate in the survey to a database of community organisations compiled by officers across many different departments across Council.
If you didn’t receive an invite to last year’s survey, and feel that you should be on the list, please contact us at email@example.com
