Community Wellbeing Strategy

The Moonee Valley Community Wellbeing Strategy (pdf, 1.73MB) is designed to assist our community, while focusing on specific groups such as people from migrant and refugee backgrounds, marginalised young people and women experiencing social disadvantage and violence.

Our key priorities are:

Each identified health priority area has a number of indicators that will support the evaluation of the Community Wellbeing Strategy (over four years). Data will be gathered from a number of sources including the annual household survey.

Each year, a new set of Community Wellbeing Factsheets and Indicators will be produced, with updated information and comparisons of year to year. The factsheets will be available in hard copy at local libraries and other Council facilities.
