How to use Snap Send Solve

 

Snap Send Solve determines a user's council using the phone's GPS system. If you come across any of the issues listed in the table below, simply log on, provide the required details, take a photo on your phone, and send.

We will lodge your report and attend to it as soon as possible.

Abandoned shopping trolleys

Shopping trolleys that are not returned to their owner are considered litter. They can be a hazard to road users and are unsightly in our streets, parks and reserves.

We encourage you to report abandoned trolleys.
