New 3 year old program for 2012
Cooper Street, Essendon
A 3 year old program will be offered at Cooper Street Community Centre, Essendon in 2012. It is anticipated that the program will commence in mid February 2012 and will operate for 6 hours a week on a Wednesday and Thursday, 9am-12pm.

What is Central Enrolment Scheme?
We have developed and introduced a new Central Enrolment Scheme. This new scheme will ensure a fair and efficient enrolment system, no longer based on 'first in best dressed'.
What is the criteria?
All centres participating in the scheme will now follow one approved set of criteria to prioritise applicants and allocate places.
This new criteria responds to a range of issues raised by local families including:
- families outside of the City of Moonee Valley being allocated places over local families
- wanting to attend a centre in the neighbourhood and preferably within walking distance to home
- centres not giving preference to siblings or children already enrolled in three-year old programs
How will I enrol my child?
Parents will only need to put in one enrolment application into the central system, which will be managed by us.
