Do you need support or assistance?
We are here to offer individualised support to young people coping with:
- mental health issues
- emotional issues
- health issues
- difficulties in family relationships and friendships
We also have information about health issues and services and can support parents and carers, community members, services and schools who are referring young people to services that best meet their needs.
Important things to know about our services:
- Our service is confidential - you have a right to privacy, so your personal information will be kept private. We will only pass on information to other people (eg. parents or schools) if we have your consent, or if we have reason to believe your safety is at risk
- Our staff don’t judge or discriminate against anyone
- We do not provide a crisis or after-hours support service
Youth counselling
We can help you find and access support services that best meet your needs.
Emergency relief
We provide young people in need of immediate financial assistance with limited amounts of emergency relief, such as food vouchers and Met cards.
We can also refer you to access assistance from other services in our community.
