Moonee Valley Community Survey

We are committed to making a positive difference to the lives of all those who live, work, learn and play in Moonee Valley.

We are currently conducting the 2017 Moonee Valley Community Survey to help us understand the opinions and behaviours of our community.

The survey collects important information related to individual and community health and wellbeing, access to services, attitudes towards environmental sustainability and community satisfaction with Council’s performance.

Households are randomly selected to participate in the survey. From 21 February 2017 until 20 March, households may receive a letter inviting them to complete the survey. If you have received a survey in the mail please follow the instructions and complete the paper based survey provided.

If you did not receive a letter but wish to complete the survey, you can do so online.

The information gathered will contribute to building a strong evidence base for our planning and decision-making. The findings will also help inform the development of the next Council Plan 2017-21 integrating the Public Health and Wellbeing Plan as well as MV2040, the community’s long-term vision for Moonee Valley.

Responses to this survey are anonymous and will be managed in accordance with the Victorian Privacy Principles and Council’s Privacy Policy.

If you have any further queries about this survey, please email surveys@mvcc.vic.gov.au or contact our Social Research Officer on 9243 9113.
