The message is clear, we should all be staying home when we can to slow the spread of coronavirus.

It’s especially important for our older residents – the Australian government is now urging people aged over 70 and those aged over 60 with pre-existing conditions to stay home for their own protection.

We know being isolated can be challenging, but joining one of our clubs may help.

All you need is a phone!

Community Coffee Club – sure you can’t get to your local cafe for a chat, but joining our Coffee Club is the next best thing! Each Coffee Club will have six members who’ll connect over the phone or online at 10.30am and 3.30pm each day. We’ll organise the groups, all you have to do is make a cuppa and settle in for a chat.

Social Links – Trivia or bingo more up your alley? This is the group for you. These free 45 minute sessions link five people over the phone for fun. Groups run at 10am, 11.30am and 2pm each weekday.

Health & Wellbeing Sessions – From living in a pandemic, to why sleep is important, our experts are on hand to teach you something new, weekdays at 11:30am. Call in and listen to these free sessions that’ll also tackle mindfulness, ageism and emotions.
