Tell us about yourself
I am born and raised in Moonee Ponds and have lived in Essendon for the rest of my married life. I run a small engineering company that exports Australian made aviation refueling equipment to South East Asia as well as imports small solar lighting from China. I enjoy playing tennis and good food with good wine. I am married with two adult children.

What do you hope to achieve in your term as Councillor?
I will aim to follow in all Council voting to:
- have no rate rises for two years
- ensure Council takes back control of our city planning developments
- provide resources for our libraries and meals of wheels services
- not support any new speed humps or roundabouts
- keep the Christmas tree as part of Moonee Ponds Junction Christmas decorations
- obtain a grade separation of the train/road at Buckley Street, Essendon Station
What do you think are Moonee Valley's greatest strengths?
With so many different sporting clubs, interest clubs, service clubs and recreational clubs we are spoilt for choice in Moonee Valley as to what leisure interests we may want to pursue. And in so many of these interests we have an incredible amount of volunteer hours from the amazing people who live within Moonee Valley.
With the large number of great schools, churches, clubs and leisure centers its no wonder more and more people want to come to Moonee Valley to live.
Throw in our fantastic streetscapes, our mixture of local restaurants and bars, the shopping strips and the feel and amenity of our city is sensational.
The Maribyrnong River running in the south, Steele Creek to the west and the Moonee Ponds Creek to our east mean Moonee Valley’s waterways are able to add so much to the life of our local area. Walking paths along the creeks and river and through our parklands are wonderful spaces that most inner urban councils just don’t have. These strengths are but some of the attractions that make Moonee Valley the city that’s full of life, energy and beauty. This is a great city to live in.
