MyCouncil Portal Scheduled Service Outage this weekend

The MyCouncil Portal is getting a refresh! We’re making some exciting new changes and bringing some new services online. This will help you lodge requests, make enquiries and report issues quickly, easily and on your preferred device.

To allow us to roll out these new services as fast as possible, the MyCouncil Portal will be offline this weekend (14-17 May 2021).

What? My Council Portal Upgrades

When? From 5pm Friday 14 May 2021 until 7am Monday 15 May 2021

We will advise via our website and social media channels when all services are live.

Impact:

Access to the MyCouncil Portal will be unavailable during this time. You will be unable to login, register for an account, view your current activity or report new issues via the portal during this time.

What is not impacted?

Access to all other Council platforms online will operate as normal. This includes all Council websites, social media pages, emails and phone lines.
