What you need to know

This Halloween we are running plenty of fantastic activities that you and your family can take part in from the safety of your own home.
Activities include a Spooky Storytime by Moonee Valley Libraries, a Halloween-inspired makeup tutorial with our Youth team, a Shadow Puppet video in collaboration with the Clocktower Centre team and their resident artist and craft templates from a local buisness for families to create their own creepy creations. Residents can also register to receive a free Halloween-themed face mask designed by young Moonee Valley artists.
