Mayor of Moonee Valley, Samantha Byrne is looking forward to the opening of the exhibitions where the community can support and celebrate local talented young artists and designers.

“Fireworks and Bright Sparks are our chance to recognise the outstanding work by the emerging young creatives in Moonee Valley, and celebrate the vibrant culture of our city,” Mayor Byrne said.

“There has been such a strong appetite to create throughout what has been a challenging 18 months, and it is wonderful that the community can once again enjoy and interact with art in person.

“These exhibitions give our young people the unique opportunity to have their work shown at a professionally run gallery, inviting the whole community to participate and engage with their work.”
