The Men's Shed
Australian culture doesn’t encourage men to talk about feelings and emotions, or to take an interest in their own health and well-being.
Membership to the Men’s Shed can give men a safe and busy environment to learn new skills in an atmosphere of old-fashioned mateship, and, importantly, there is no pressure. Friendship, loyalty and camaraderie are highly valued in our Men’s Sheds, where 'sheddies' are offered a place to belong and contribute. Men can just come and have a yarn and a cuppa if that is all they’re looking for.
Aberfeldie Men's Shed
The Aberfeldie shed is open every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 1pm.

The Ladies' Shed
The Ladies' Shed, much like the Men's Shed, is a supervised woodworking program, mainly targeted towards older women who are passionate about working with their hands.
Strathmore Ladies' Shed
The Strathmore shed is open to women every Monday from 9am to 1pm (limited numbers).
