Help shape the future of Council communications
Moonee Valley residents are invited to help shape how Council shares news, updates and stories with our community.
We have launched Help shape our stories, a short community survey designed to better understand how people prefer to receive information, what topics matter most, and whether our current communications — including the Valley View publication — are meeting community needs.
Council is reviewing both the hardcopy and digital versions of Valley View to learn more about:
- what information residents find most valuable
- which topics people want to hear more about
- how our community prefers to receive updates from Council.
The survey is open to everyone — whether you read Valley View regularly, occasionally or not at all. Every perspective helps us understand what’s working well and where we can improve.
Your feedback will directly support future communication planning and help ensure our publications remain relevant, useful and valuable to the community.
The survey only takes a few minutes to complete, and we encourage residents to share it with friends, family and community networks.
