We’re encouraging all local walking groups to sign up with Heart Foundation Walking – Australia’s largest walking group network.
- Groups can be of any size, it takes just 2 people to start a walking group!
- Groups can walk at any chosen time or day, for any length chosen and at the difficulty level that is suitable for group members.
Signing up is free and has many benefits including access to resources and recognition of achievements.
