Spotted an issue in your local area? Report it to us so we can fix it.

You can report an issue using our mobile-friendly request site or by contacting us on 9243 8888.

Please note that online requests are received and actioned during business hours only (Monday to Fridays, 8.30am to 5pm). Should your issue be urgent, please contact our After Hours Service on 9243 8888. If it's an emergency, contact the police.

What you can report through the site:

  • graffiti on Council property
  • dumped rubbish
  • drainage
  • abandoned vehicle
  • missed bin collection
  • tree branch pick up
  • tree trim requests
  • road/gutter/footpath maintenance
  • broken/missing or outdated signage
  • general maintenance of a park/reserve
  • other general requests.

Abandoned shopping trolleys

Shopping trolleys that are not returned to their owner are considered litter. They can be a hazard to road users and are unsightly in our streets, parks and reserves.

We encourage you to report abandoned trolleys.
