Moonee Valley City Council will contact you via phone or email to confirm your payment plan. If your planned payment amounts are unlikely to cover your amount due, we will discuss options with you. Please note when considering your payment frequency amount, all outstanding rates are required to be paid by the end of the financial year 2023/2024.

The personal information will be accessed by the relevant Council officers within Council’s Rates and Finance departments, in order to assess and process your application, and to contact you if required. Your information will be stored in Council’s customer service database and will not be disclosed to any other external party without your consent unless required or authorised by law. If personal information is not collected, Council will be unable to determine your eligibility for this plan/to enter into a payment plan.
