myLot provides easy-to-follow, preliminary information to help you check whether a planning permit may be needed, what documents are required, or if your proposal might be eligible for a VicSmart application.

The tool is a helpful first step before contacting Council or lodging an application. Information provided is general only and does not constitute a formal planning decision.
