Essendon Traffic School
The Traffic School is a mini road set up for children aged 2 to 10 years, complete with road signs, railway bells and traffic lights.
It is a safe place for children to gain confidence, practice riding their bicycles and learn about road rules.
You can even book it out for your child's next birthday party.

Private functions
- Ideal for children's birthday parties
- Available to book weeknights and weekends (excluding Saturday mornings)
- No staff onsite during bookings
Public sessions
- Parental supervision required
- Available Saturday mornings and during school holidays, Monday to Friday
Education sessions
- Available to book by schools and kindergartens, Monday to Friday during the school term
- Sessions are best suited for Kindergarten and Primary aged children, and can link to curriculum units on safety, health, community, and transport.

- Capacity - strictly only 30 children riding
- Kitchenette, small microwave
- Electric BBQ with 2 hot plates
- 2 toilets including accessible toilet and change table
- Sand pit under shade cloth - need to provide your own toys for private functions
- Street parking
- 4 timber picnic tables under shade sails
- 3 plastic trestle tables
- 30 stackable chairs
