Essendon Traffic School

The Traffic School is a mini road set up for children aged 2 to 10 years, complete with road signs, railway bells and traffic lights.

It is a safe place for children to gain confidence, practice riding their bicycles and learn about road rules.

You can even book it out for your child's next birthday party.

  • No staff onsite during bookings

Public sessions

  • Parental supervision required
  • Available Saturday mornings and during school holidays, Monday to Friday
MVCC Essendon Traffic School Education Sessions

Education sessions

  • Available to book by schools and kindergartens, Monday to Friday during the school term
  • Sessions are best suited for Kindergarten and Primary aged children, and can link to curriculum units on safety, health, community, and transport.

Kinder Bike Sessions

To encourage more cycling to and from school and in and around our neighbourhoods, kinder-aged children are welcome to these free sessions to ensure your young ones will learn basic road rules and safety in a fun environment.
