Women's Self Defence

Improve your confidence, fitness and learn skills to defend yourself.

This class will be facilitated by a male instructor with a Taekwondo background, with an emphasis on female participants being comfortable and testing their skills in a gentle way with same-sex pairs.

This class is suitable for attendees over 18 years old.

Bookings are essential. Please RSVP to secure your spot.

Class opens 15 minutes beforehand. Arrive before 1:30 pm to settle in.
