Crown Street Stables Cafe

This beautiful heritage building, nestled in Coronet Park, is one of the oldest working stables in the municipality. Built in 1886 as part of a private property, the stables were initially designed to lodge six horses. They have since been reported to have had many uses, including storing produce and accommodating the Light Horse Brigade during World War II.

Today, Crown Street Stables is a vibrant community hub, a welcoming café by day and a beautiful hall-for-hire perfect for gatherings, celebrations and community events.

A brick building is pictured with a cloudy blue sky and a tree to the right of the image and outside cafe in the left side. The building is the Crown Street Stables, and the cafe is Crown Street Stables Cafe.
