Section 30 lodgements and Section 80 notification
Registered Building Surveyors can now lodge their Section 30 Lodgements and Section 80 notifications online. As per the Building Act, a private building surveyor is required to notify Council within 7 days when:
- Accepting an appointment (Section 80 notification)
- From the date of issue of a Building Permit (Section 30 lodgement)
You can register as a user and sign into Council Online Services before you lodge online. As a registered user, you don't need to re-enter your personal information each time and you can keep track of requests and applications you have lodged.
