This interactive, in-person workshop will support staff to understand dignity of risk and how this aligns with our duty of care to older people within a wellness and reablement approach.
This will include discussion of organisational supports required for effective Dignity of Risk (in line with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act 2024 and the ACQSC’s Dignity of Risk resources).
