Are you looking for a new job or a new career path? Need some guidance about training or apprenticeships?

Next month over 45 employers will be at the Moonee Valley Jobs Fair, ready to talk to job seekers.

This free event lets you connect with employers about job opportunities, employment support services, career counsellors and training institutions.

Bring your resume and meet potential employers from large and small businesses and organisations across many sectors. Those attending include Australia Post, Victoria Police, the Australian Defence Force, plus many more. Council is one of the 10 organisations sponsoring the event.

Moonee Valley resident Ilham knows the right support can make all the difference. Council’s Jobs Victoria mentors Edem and Abdi helped Ilham get her resume into shape and meet potential employers. Now Ilham finally has a job she loves.

Originally from Iran, Ilham has built a new life in Australia and understands the importance

of getting support. “I asked them to find something nice for me. They are amazing, generous guys,” said Ilham.

Visit the Jobs Fair and kickstart your career.
