Share your thoughts on how we are doing! From 30 January to mid-March, your household may receive a phone call for our Community Satisfaction Survey.

From libraries to roads to parks and open spaces, the community satisfaction survey is an important opportunity to provide your feedback on how we’re performing. Many Councils conduct Community Satisfaction Surveys annually to understand their customers’ needs.

Independent market research agency, National Field Services will conduct the survey over the six-week period and we anticipate they will reach out to a few thousand residents during this time.

Residents will be selected randomly, and your details and responses are all kept confidential. Only the overall results are shared with Council so we understand where improvements need to be made.

National Field Services will make the call from a landline, and if needed, you can request to speak to someone in your language to assist you with completing the survey.
