Creating Council’s future customer experience

Moonee Valley City Council is excited to announce that the second block of our Community Advisory Panel kicked off on 9 November, 2023.

All up, 145 people registered their interest to join the panel. From these, we randomly selected 45 people to represent a cross-section of our community based on neighbourhoods, wards, age, gender, diversity, language usually spoken at home and place of birth.

These 45 community members have been tasked with an important question: What is the vision for community customer experience at Moonee Valley City Council?

Over the next couple of weeks, the Community Advisory Panel will meet, discuss and workshop this question together. After much deliberation, the panel will then present a draft vision to Council for consideration. This draft vision will support and guide a new Customer Charter.
