Pop-up projection art at Valley Lake

Light up the night at Valley Lake! For two nights only, projection art will illuminate the quarry walls, creating a vibrant outdoor gallery experience.

Come along for an evening of art in surprising places. The display will be visible from 6-9:30pm on Friday 9 and Saturday 10 May.

Presented by Moonee Valley City Council in association with the Centre for Projection Art, We All Exist in an Interconnected Web of Entanglement is a re-working of a 7-channel immersive projection work by artist Jody Haines titled Against the Wind, 2023. This projection work explores the slipstreams of songlines and radical relationality through interconnection, stillness and Country.

And psst: the best view of the projection will be from outside the Peregrine Social Club, which will be open for meals and refreshments during the event.
