FestAble 2022 – event highlights

We were thrilled to welcome back Moonee Valley’s annual event for people of all abilities, FestAble, to the Crown Street Stables and Coronet Park on Sunday 27 November.
From face painting to ‘Sensitive Santa’, from silent disco to Chinese Lion puppetry, plus netball, football, music, dancing, art, panel discussions, conversations, a smoking ceremony and smiles all round, this year’s FestAble had it all!
FestAble is held to mark International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD), a United Nations-observed day that occurs every year on 3 December.
Moonee Valley Disability Advisory Committee member, Natale Cutri, did a brilliant job of MCing the day, which also included a speech from the recently appointed new mayor of Moonee Valley, Councillor Pierce Tyson.
Did you join us on the day? Let us know what you enjoyed – and yes, what we can do better! Please get in touch via

And see you at next year’s FestAble!
