Intersection upgrade for Avondale Heights

We are upgrading the intersection and installing traffic signals at Military Road and Clarendon Street, Avondale Heights.

Works will begin 3 February and are due to be completed by April 2025, weather permitting.

Clarendon Street will be fully closed between Military Road and Raglan Street, then reopen in early March.

Please follow detour signage and plan your route ahead to avoid delays.

Due to the nature of the work, some noise and dust may occur, however crew will work hard to minimise disruptions.
