The community bus

Community transport is a service for older adults, people who have difficult accessing transport due to their physical or financial capacity and people with limited access to public transport. It has been designed to assist eligible residents with access to medical appointments, food shopping, social and community activities and maintain independent living at home.

We regularly transport to the following shopping areas:

  • Keilor Road, Niddrie
  • Airport West
  • Moonee Ponds
  • Milleara Mall

For more information on bus schedules and costs, please phone 9243 8701 or email communitytransport@mvcc.vic.gov.au.

We have developed this brochure to help you to travel comfortably, understand the road rules and get home safe.
