Understanding and accessing aged care services in Moonee Valley

Many older people may be eligible for services such as personal care, domestic assistance and help with shopping.

To access aged care services, you need to register for My Aged Care and apply for an assessment.

Our officer can help you with information, support you to register and guide you through the My Aged Care process.

If you need assistance in your language, our officer can organise an appointment with an interpreter.
