If you are issued with a fine, please check your infringement number first before proceeding to the next step. For any tickets issued after 4 December 2025, they will start with 8.

From 4 December 2025, all parking tickets with an infringement number starting with 8 will be redirected to our new self service portal. To view your ticket, please use the button below.
Infringement number starts with 6
For parking infringements issued before 4 December 2025, if you wish to view the photographs, please email council@mvcc.vic.gov.au and include your infringement number and offence details.
Please note that photographs are not available for any infringements issued before 1 July 2021.
