MEDIA STATEMENT: Cam Nation resigns from Moonee Valley Council

Former Buckley Ward councillor, Cam Nation, has resigned from Moonee Valley Council, effective Tuesday, 26 March 2024.
Mr Nation was elected as a councillor for three terms, across Myrnong and Buckley Wards.
The Minister for Local Government and Victorian Electoral Commissioner have been notified of the resignation and the VEC is expected to fill the vacancy as per the Local Government Act 2020.
On 4 April, the VEC issued a media release on a countback to fill the vacancy
