Master Plan update
The rollout of the Clifton Park Master Plan is proposed in multiple stages, which includes construction of a new multipurpose pavilion, a cricket net upgrade, walking paths, a new play space, park furniture, and landscaping.
All projects are subject to Council’s annual budgeting process.
Stage 1: Pavilion upgrade and cricket net relocation
The Clifton Park Pavilion upgrade and cricket net relocation works was completed in mid-2025. The new multipurpose pavilion will accommodate the needs of Aberfeldie Sports Club (football and cricket), while also providing multipurpose use opportunities for other community groups at times when the pavilion is not being used by the club. The pavilion design incorporates key actions from the master plan including new public toilets, additional undercover spectator areas for the oval and the undergrounding of the large oval irrigation tank.
Stage 2: Landscaping and new place space
Playground, path and landscaping works to commence in 2026.
