Moonee Valley City Council has a Community Vision and long-term strategy, and a number of plans that guide our short, medium and long-term priorities and decisions, and ensure they are guided by sound planning.

Short term plans are plans that are delivered over periods of a year or two.

Annual Plan

Council will produce an Annual Plan each year which will detail the key initiatives we will deliver to realise the strategies of the Council Plan 2025-29 and achieve the strategic objectives and directions of the community vision.
The Annual Plan 2025-26 (PDF, 638 KB) outlines the initiatives scheduled for completion in the financial year.

We provide updates on our progress through quarterly reports to Council, and in our Annual Report.
