New online portal a one-stop shop for families

The Victorian Government has launched a new online portal for parents and carers.
The portal is intended to be a one-stop shop for families and includes resources on maternal and child health services, early childhood education, playgroups, kindergarten, and emergency services.
The portal aims to provide parents with more resources for early childhood and beyond, particularly around key life events and accessing essential healthcare services.
This is the first phase of rollout for the Parents Portal – it will be expanded over time to incorporate new functions and features including a digital birth certificate that will be piloted later this year.
