Are you a business in Moonee Valley? Take advantage of Council’s new free solar advisory program for businesses and commercial landlords.

Join the growing number of businesses across Moonee Valley taking advantage of solar electricity to reduce their energy bills. Council has engaged business sustainability experts Green Moves Australia to provide a free solar advisory service for Moonee Valley businesses. Businesses can call Green Moves Australia on (03) 9086 1911 for free over the phone advice, or apply for a site assessment.

Site assessments are limited, so apply now to make sure you don’t miss out.

By taking part in the assessment you will get information tailored to your business on:

  • How many solar panels you can get on your building roof
  • How much it will cost
  • Savings on electricity bill
  • Is a battery worth it?
  • Funding and grants available to help with costs
  • Payback periods
  • Other information to support you to reduce your energy bill and be good for the planet

This service is offered as part of Council’s community carbon emission reduction program ‘Let’s Go Zero’. Eligible businesses or commercial landlords must have an ABN number – the commercial property must be within the Moonee Valley municipality, and have available roof space for solar.
