Your chance to share your thoughts on the Victorian Government's draft plans.

The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) and the Department of Transport and Planning have opened a consultation on their draft plans for the Niddrie and North Essendon Activity Centres.

These activity centres have been named by the Victorian Government as precincts it believes can accommodate more housing in the coming decades.

The VPA plans will guide how Niddrie and Essendon North will slowly change between now and 2051.

So, it's time to have your say.

If you live or work within 1.2 kilometres of the activity centres, you will shortly receive a postcard or letter from the VPA about the plans, and how you can join the consultation process. Just scan the QR code on the card or letter to learn more.

You can also find out more by visiting the Engage Victoria page and completing the survey, or by calling the VPA on (03) 9651 9600.

Interpreting services are available on (03) 8351 3453.

So, learn more and have your say! The survey is open until 29 September at Engage Victoria.
