Playground structure surrounded by trees and rocks

The Rosehill Park Playspace is now open, offering a vibrant and inclusive play experience designed for all ages and abilities. With a mix of imaginative structures and sensory elements, it’s the perfect destination for families, friends, and nature lovers.

The stunning playspace features:

  • Adventure play: A custom-built tree tower with a large slide, cubbyhouse, climbing nets, and other elements inspired by native plants and wildlife.
  • Little ones’ zone: Toddler-friendly features including a slide, sandpit, and soft rubber mound.
  • Sensory delights: Timber and stone sculptures of local fauna, and a feature creek with water play.
  • Active fun: A group swing structure, dual flying fox, trampoline, and rope climbing structure all offer dynamic play options.

Other park upgrades and amenities include the planting of over 200 trees across the reserve, new concrete pathways, upgraded park furniture, and additional landscaping, as well as enhanced facilities, including barbecue amenities, a second picnic shelter, outdoor exercise equipment, and a full-sized basketball court.

These bespoke play structures support a variety of activities, from climbing, swinging, sliding, balancing, imagination play, to accessible play, making it a truly inclusive destination.
