Our Annual Community Satisfaction Survey is taking place throughout February and early March. Council has engaged Metropolis Research to survey the community face to face by visiting you at your homes.
During these months, randomly selected residents will receive a home visit from Metropolis Research, on behalf of Council. If you get a visit, we encourage you to take the time to answer their questions to ensure your individual feedback is taken onboard.
This survey helps us better understand how we’re performing and ensures we’re addressing the needs and priorities of our community from festivals and sporting facilities to libraries, roads, and parks.
The survey will take around 15 minutes. The Council representative who may visit your home will be wearing official identification and won’t require you to disclose any personal information. Your individual responses will be kept completely confidential.
