About our guest speakers
Uncle Charles Pakana
Uncle Charles Pakana is an Aboriginal man of Tasmanian descent who identifies strongly as Victorian Aboriginal. He is the second of three successive generations of Aboriginal journalists and is the founder of Victorian Aboriginal News.
Sue-Anne Hunter
Sue-Anne Hunter is a Wurundjeri and Ngurai Illum Wurrung woman who served four years as Deputy Chair and Commissioner of the historic Yoorrook Justice Commission. She is an Adjunct Professor at Federation University and member of the National Centre for Reconciliation, Truth and Justice Advisory Board.
