Extreme wind gusts shut down Illuminate the River Festival, mid-performance
Extreme wind gusts of over 84km/h have forced the closure of the Illuminate the River music festival in Aberfeldie this afternoon, after the event was deemed unsafe to continue by Council’s risk advisor.
