Ascot Vale Library Upgrade
Upgrade and expansion of Ascot Vale Library to meet the current and future demand from the community.
Construction underway with completion anticipated late 2025.
Clifton Park Pavilion and Cricket Nets
Construction of new cricket nets, and a new multi-purpose pavilion and community building.
Construction completion due in mid 2025.
Clifton Park Landscape and Parking Upgrade
Landscape redesign of Clifton Park and construction of internal and on-street parking based on the Master Plan endorsed by Council in 2018.
Design is underway with completion of the design due in the second quarter of 2025.
Keilor Road - Streetscape Improvement (North)
Streetscape improvements between Matthews Ave and Treadwell Rd in Niddrie.
Construction works are complete.
Keilor Rd – Streetscape Improvement (East)
Streetscape improvements between Hoffman's Street and Cooper St, Niddrie.
Design is underway with completion of the design due in the third quarter of 2025.
Rosehill Park Landscape Upgrade
Construction of a new major playspace, new BBQs and shelters, new full size basketball court and new paths and park furniture throughout the park.

Fairbairn Park South Pavilion
A new modular pavilion to meet the demand from the sports clubs that use the existing netball and tennis courts.

Airport West Kindergarten
A major redevelopment of the Airport West Kindergarten will increase the capacity of the current single-room facility to a larger, custom-designed new triple-room facility. Coronation Kindergarten
A major redevelopment of the Coronation Kindergarten will increase the capacity of the current single-room facility to a larger, custom-designed new double-room facility, complemented by the addition of 2 Maternal Child Health consulting rooms. Flemington Library Redevelopment
Upgrades have transformed the library into an attractive welcoming space. An upgrade to publicly available space and meeting rooms will allow for more breadth and scope of community learning programs to cater to the diverse learning and social needs of the community. Mobility impaired customers now have access to the entire library due to the installation of a DDA compliant lift.

Chris Lane Memorial Baseball Field
Construction of Australia’s first purpose-built Little League field at Boeing Reserve in Strathmore Heights, as part of Council’s Boeing Reserve Master Plan.

Green Spine Public Toilet
Construction of a new two cubicle accessible public toilet at Green Spine in Airport West at the northern end of the vibrant Green Spine Linear Park.

Fanny Street Reserve Bike Track
Construction of a BMX pump track at Fanny St Reserve in Moonee Ponds, which was identified in the Young People Outdoors Opportunities Report and associated Council Resolution from April 2021.

Delivery of a new modular sports changeroom at the north-east of the Maribyrnong Park carpark in Moonee Ponds to support the growth of community sport.

Completion of a new pocket park in Flemington.

Essendon Rowing Club changerooms
Construction of the Essendon Rowing Club female-friendly change room upgrade is now complete with works including a new ramp, lift and refurbished changerooms and toilets.
