Event submission process

If you’re running an event or activity in Moonee Valley, we can help promote your event on our website if the event:

• • is to be held at a Council venue such as the Incinerator Gallery, Clocktower Centre or Libraries
  • is a public event on Council land with an event permit
  • is a public event that have received funding through the MVCC Community Grants stream, or where the venue has received funds through Community Grants
  • is a market held on Council land, or
  • is a ticketed, outdoor event on Council land with an event permit (including commercial events)

If your event type is listed above, please complete this form (PDF, 280 KB) and forward to the Council officer who arranged your event (eventpermits@mvcc.vic.gov.au), venue booking or community grant (communitygrants@mvcc.vic.gov.au). Please note that any necessary permits must be approved before we can promote an event on our website and all events are reviewed and approved before publishing.
