Event Details

Our Maternal and Child Health team offer FREE sleep and settling information sessions for children aged zero to three years.

This session looks at sleep and settling information for Sleep and nutrition (6-12 months).

The session will cover:

  • understanding sleep patterns, behaviours and needs
  • encouraging good sleep habits
  • sleep associations
  • transition and progression of solid foods
  • self-care and support for parents.

This session is designed specifically for parents of older babies aged between 6 and 12 months and available to Moonee Valley Residents.

Sessions are also available for newborn babies and toddlers.
