Applicants must have the approval of the owners corporation or equivalent body to be eligible for a free assessment, applications from a single resident which are not supported by the owners corporation can not be accepted.

Council are offering free assessments for a limited number of multi-residency dwellings in Moonee Valley.
To be eligible apartments must have at least:
- 6 dwellings
- 2 stories.
