FREE drop-in energy bills advice service
We are launching a new service to help residents get a handle on their electricity and gas bills.
Every second Wednesday from 27 August until 3 December, 10am-12.30pm, energy experts from Uniting Vic Tas will be at Djerring Flemington Hub providing free advice for getting on top of energy bills.
Attend a drop-in session for help with:
- understanding your energy bill.
- checking your eligibility for financial relief – and helping you access that relief.
- understanding how best to use your appliances at home.
- accessing rebates/grants to upgrade your old inefficient appliances to new efficient electric appliance.
- budgeting and payment plans for utility bills.
Translators can be available upon request. Bookings not required - drop in any time between 10am-12.30pm on the following dates.

We're celebrating the sustainability rockstars in the Moonee Valley community in our new Let's Go Zero 'Moonee Rocks' campaign. These community members bring the passion and expertise to cutting carbon emissions, and now they share their stories in 'Moonee Rocks', Council's new sustainability show.
Over 4 episodes you can boogie on down with host Cal Wilde as he interviews local Moonee Valley icons on:

- benefits of an all-electric house
- ditching the car for an electric bike.
