Moonee Valley Park – Hamton/Hostplus development

(Precinct 9 – Racecourse)

Since 2011 the Moonee Valley Racing Club (MVRC) have been staging a major residential and mixed-use redevelopment of their land within Moonee Ponds. This will ultimately see up to 2000 new dwellings built on land that is surplus to the MVRC’s requirements. Development is being undertaken by Hamton/Hostplus.

The MVRC is also undertaking major redevelopment of the land surrounding the track and Grandstand which is a separate project.
